This Wednesday The Bitter Pad crew ventured out for another Steak and Boobie night despite Texas’ new sin tax. We did venture to a different establishment this time and though the drinks and steaks were cheap, unfortunately so were the ladies. Who called in the D Team? We were joined by Ross from The Bled (Priscilla’s man) and Adam from Feable Weiner. So we left after about two ours and made our way back to the Bitter Pad with many beers and corn dogs and let the following ensue…
Next episode we’ll have a 2008 SXSW recap and an update on the “I want you back” story.
It’s been a long time but we’re back, not in full force, but an important episode nonetheless. Priscilla and I discuss what has been going one since the last podcast and we discuss an interesting txt conversation.
More technical difficulties. Our last two podcast attempts ended in audio disaster. I’ve got the new laptop but I’m now waiting for Alesis to publish some new Leopard drivers for the mixer we use for the multiple mics.
Which brings me to another topic. Are we really that bitter anymore?
Philip’s got a girl.
Priscilla’s got a dude.
Chad’s got nobody.
Maybe I don’t need anymore mics. Is that bitter enough to go solo?
Also thinking about starting a Bitter Pad Stickam show. Would any of our fans even watch it?

Tomorrow night we continue our tradition of Steak and Boobies Night and extend to it a special celebration in honor of Dustin’s Birthday! We may record the podcast afterwards so keep refreshing. Technical difficulties have been mostly resolved and we’ll be broadcasting with a little bit better audio quality.
We haven’t done a show in a while due to some theme show ideas not transpiring, as well as with some almost harddrive crashes. The Bitter Pad system are being upgraded and much data needs to be transferred. Once we get that done and can schedule a show recording with everyone, we’ll be back.
Topics to be discussed: Philip’s trip to Scotland, Chad’s trip to Dallas (lame in comparison), text message break ups?, and lots more!
Last week The Bitter Pad and friends went to Steak and Boobies Night at Perfect 10 Cabaret in Round Rock, TX. Afterwards we went to the “studio” and recorded episode 3. The short drunk show I mentioned before will be episode 2.5, if we ever publish it.
This episode we jump right in and joining us is Urny, who just months before his wedding was dumped by his fiance. And Philip goes on a little rant and we talk about steak and boobies.
Note: I wanted to get this episode out today because we’re doing Steak and Boobies Night again tonight and late last night there was a mix up in the mix down and the intro and outro music is missing, but I did add a little pre-show audio at the end of the episode.
We’ve had some conflicting schedules which has hindered us from recording the third podcast. Soon my friends, soon. But hey, we still have yet to receive any emails from anyone other than Priscilla and she doesn’t count.
